Positive: The view from the apartment, the tidiness inside, that it has useful guides for parking, city and restaurants and the guitars displayed on the wall along with a manual to teach you to play the ukulele.
Negative: A couple of single use house shoes would have been very useful. Also the ventilation for the toilet is not very efficient, but I guess that's just a construction flaw and there is little the owner can do about that.
Summary: Excelent place for couples looking to have a few relaxing days
